Body Bright Curriculum
Contains downloadable fact sheets for staff and HPE curriculum-aligned lesson plans, worksheets and video content for classroom delivery. Lessons are age-appropriate and strength-based, designed to address the known modifiable risk and protective factors for children’s body image. Lessons are divided into the 6 Body Bright themes, with new lesson plans for each year.

Partnerships with Families & Services
Schools can support families by promoting the Body Bright Families resources, found here. Body Bright Leads will have access to an email template and newsletter inserts to promote Body Bright Families to their school community.
