A number of lessons have been classroom trialled to ensure ease of delivery and relevance
Flexible Delivery
Once staff have completed the Body Bright Staff Training, they gain access to the lesson plans and can choose how to deliver the lessons: over a dedicated week, spread across a term, or embedded throughout the year—whatever suits your school best.
